http://interfas.univ-tlse2.fr/reflexos/1179 Analisamos o pareamento forma-função representado pela construção [___V horrores], como em “comer horrores”, “beber horrores”, “gastar horrores”, cuja função é a de intensificação de predicação. Para tanto, investigamos esse padrão construcional a partir de tweets de falantes do Português Brasileiro coletados por meio do RStudio, interface do programa R, sob a orientação teórica da Linguística Funcional-Cognitiva, da Gramática de Construções e da Sociolinguística Variacionista. Apresentamos, neste artigo, os resultados relacionados à construção estudada quanto aos seguintes aspectos: (i) os significados que podem ser ativados em dados de uso; (ii) os verbos que são mais acionados em sua materialização em tweets; (iii) a classificação quanto à predicação e quanto à natureza semântica dos verbos que preenchem o primeiro slot; e (iv) a posição do intensificador em relação ao verbo. Procuramos, então, expor mais detalhes quanto à esquematização supracitada apreendida a partir dos dados e, assim, lidar com o fenômeno de (relativa) estabilização de atributos formais e funcionais. Esses fenômenos são perspectivados segundo uma concepção diassistemática de língua e um olhar do processo de intensificação como viabilizado por inúmeros recursos. A descrição desse uso é uma contribuição para estudos de intensificação quer no espaço de abordagem científica, quer no espaço de ensino de Português. Nous avons analysé le couple forme-fonction représenté par la construction [___V horrores] (horreurs), comme dans « comer horrores », « beber horrores », « gastar horrores » (quelque chose comme « manger horriblement », « boire horriblement », « dépenser horriblement »), dont la fonction est d’intensifier la prédication. Par conséquent, nous avons étudié ce modèle de construction à partir de tweets de locuteurs de portugais brésilien collectés via RStudio, interface du programme R, sous les préceptes théoriques de la linguistique fonctionnelle-cognitive, de la grammaire de construction et de la sociolinguistique variationniste. Dans cet article, nous présentons les résultats liés à la construction étudiée concernant les aspects suivants : (i) les significations activables dans les données d’usage ; (ii) les verbes les plus utilisés dans les tweets ; (iii) la classification concernant la prédication et la nature sémantique des verbes qui remplissent la première case ; et (iv) la position de l’intensificateur par rapport au verbe. Nous avons ensuite cherché à exposer plus en détail la schématisation précitée et appréhendée à partir des données pour traiter le phénomène de stabilisation (relative) des attributs formels et fonctionnels. Ces phénomènes sont envisagés selon une conception diassystématique du langage et une vision du processus d’intensification rendu possible par d’innombrables manières. La description de cet usage est une contribution aux études d’intensification tant dans l’espace de l’approche scientifique que dans l’espace de l’enseignement du portugais. We analyzed the form-function pairing represented by the scheme [___V horrores], as in “comer horrores”, “beber horrores”, “gastar horrores” (approximate translation: “eat horrors”, “drink horrors”, “spend horrors”), whose function is to intensify a predication.To this end, we investigated this constructional pattern in Brazilian Portuguese speakers’ tweets collected through RStudio, an interface part of the R program, with a basis in theory from Functional-Cognitive Linguistics, Construction Grammar and Variationist Sociolinguistics. In this article, we present the results related to this construction studied in terms of the following aspects: (i) the meanings that can be found in usage data; (ii) the verbs that are most used in its use in tweets; (iii) the classification in terms of predication and the semantic nature of the verbs that fill the first slot; and (iv) the position of the intensifier in relation to the verb. We seek, then, to expose more details regarding the aforementioned schematization apprehended from the data and, thus, to deal with the phenomenon of (relative) stabilization of formal and functional attributes. These phenomena are viewed according to a diasystematic conception of language and a view of the process of intensification as made possible by numerous resources. The description of this use is a contribution to studies of intensification both in scientific spaces and in Portuguese teaching spaces.
