L’auteur essaie de présenter l’ensemble des problèmes liés à l’impact slave sur la romanité roumaine. Il considère que la présence des Slaves et de leurs langues dans le système et la structure de la langue roumaine ont contribué à créer une individualité romane sui generis : une latinité farouchement conservée, mais acceptant des ouvertures non-latines.
Il propose une chronologie des contacts slavo-roumains qui tienne compte de l’histoire des Slaves méridionaux. Il souligne enfin que, même soumis aux pressions slaves des siècles durant, le roumain a su trouver les moyens de conserver ses spécificités latino-romanes.
The author of this article intends to present all the problems linked to the Slavic influence on the Romanian Romanness. He considers that the presence of the Slavs and their languages within the system and the structure of Romanian language has contributed to create a Romanic individuality sui generis – a fiercely preserved latinity, though welcoming non-latin influences. He offers a chronology of the contacts between Slavs and Romanians, keeping in mind the history of Southern Slavs. He finally highlights that, though under the influence of Slavic languages over the centuries, Romanian language found the way to preserve its latin-romanic specificity.
