Résumés
À partir d’un travail de l’artiste argentin León Ferrari en 1965, cet article aborde des films sortis dans les Amériques trois ans plus tard. Si M. Handler, F. Solanas et S. Álvarez choisissent des formes militantes, le parti-pris underground de J. Rodríguez Soltero permet de mieux dégager quelques motifs communs aux premiers. Leur anti-impérialisme trouve de nombreuses cibles politiques, culturelles, médiatiques, bien incarnées en la figure du président des États-Unis d’Amérique, L. B. Johnson. Leurs diverses collaborations artistiques ont donné lieu à des expérimentations réussies ; elles ont porté au point culminant les contradictions d’une année rebelle et incandescente.
Starting from a famous work made by L. Ferrari in 1965, this paper deals with some films released in 1968 in the Americas. While M. Handler, F. Solanas and S. Álvarez chose militant forms, the underground bias endorsed by J. Rodríguez Soltero allows us to identify some common figures among the former. Their anti-imperialism found political, cultural or media targets embodied by the United States president, L. B. Johnson. Their artistic collaborations created successful experiments which catalyzed the many contradictions expressed during this rebellious and incandescent year.
В этой статье, отталкиваясь от работы аргентинского художника Леона Феррари в 1965 году, рассматриваются фильмы, выпущенные в Северной и Южной Америке тремя годами позже. В то время как М. Хэндлер, Ф. Соланас и С. Альварес обращаются к пропагандистской форме кинематографа, Х. Родригес Сольтеро принадлежит к андеграунду, тем самым подчеркивая общие черты этих режиссеров. Их антиимпериализм нацелен на критику политических, культурных или медийных персон, олицетворенных, в частности, в лице президента Соединенных Штатов Америки Линдона Джонсона. Их творческое сотрудничество привело к успешным экспериментам, которые послужили катализатором многих противоречий, проявившихся в течение этого мятежного и насыщенного событиями года.
